USA Youth Fitness Center has been coaching and instructing youth sports in the east valley since 1980!
Our Philosophy
Through the skills taught in our facility, children will develop a positive self-image through guidance and motivation from our coaches. We are committed to providing a fun and rewarding atmosphere at all times. The skills we teach are used to build healthy minds and bodies. Our objective is not limited to just teaching gymnastics, dance, tumbling and cheer skills, but to pass along life skills such as coordination, teamwork, leadership, strength, and determination. We expect the best from our coaches and our athletes, for their performance both in the sport and their actions in the gym.
We are proud to offer such a wide variety of activities for kids of all ages, serving two great communities with our state-of-the-art facilities, enthusiastic coaching staff, and highly successful programs.
Physical education develops strength, flexibility, speed, balance, coordination and power, and over time increases the development of bone density and the prevention of osteoporosis. Participating in physical activity as a youth also helps to build self-esteem and discipline, lengthen attention span, increase general problem solving skills and help children have successful experiences in school. In addition, people who are active as children are more likely to continue to be active adults and maintain good health habits for life.
