USA Youth Fitness Center has proudly served families in Gilbert since 2008. Our Gilbert location provides a welcoming, energetic environment where children can build confidence, strength, coordination, and new skills. The facility supports gymnastics, tumbling, cheer, camps, open gym, birthday parties, and other youth fitness programs for a variety of ages and ability levels.

Programs and Activities at Our Gilbert Location
USA Youth Fitness Center in Gilbert offers recreational classes, competitive training, camps, events, and family activities for children at different ages and skill levels. Current schedules and availability may vary, so families should use the Parent Portal or contact the Gilbert office before registering.
• Girls Gymnastics – Recreational and advanced gymnastics instruction focused on strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, confidence, and skills on vault, bars, beam, and floor.
• Boys Gymnastics – Progressive gymnastics training that builds strength, body control, coordination, confidence, and skills on men’s gymnastics equipment.
• Preschool Gymnastics – Movement and introductory gymnastics classes for toddlers, preschoolers, and young children.
• Cheer Programs – Recreational and competitive cheer instruction covering tumbling, jumps, motions, stunting, teamwork, flexibility, and performance technique.
• Dance Classes – Dance instruction that develops movement, musicality, coordination, technique, confidence, and performance skills.
• Tumbling Classes – Progressive tumbling instruction supported by strength development, proper technique, and hands-on coaching.
• Trampoline and Tumbling – Training in trampoline, tumbling, aerial awareness, body control, flipping, twisting, and safe skill progression.
• Open Gym – Supervised opportunities for children to explore equipment, stay active, and practice skills.
• Kids Camps – Full-day and seasonal camp activities featuring gymnastics, games, crafts, trampolines, obstacle courses, and themed experiences.
• Birthday Parties – Weekend birthday celebrations with supervised gym activities, open play, games, and private party-room time.
• Special Events – Monthly and seasonal activities, including Kids Night Out and other themed events.
• Competitive Teams – Competitive opportunities may include girls and boys gymnastics, All-Star Cheer, dance, and trampoline and tumbling programs.
