USA’s Preschool Programs in Gilbert and Queen Creek welcomes all students ages 18 months to 6 years old. We pride ourselves in offering a range of classes for all skills levels. From learning coordination, fine motor skills, and gymnastics fundamentals; to being invited to our fast-paced class designed for our young, advanced students. All trained USA Preschool Coaches have a passion for coaching students to be the best athletes they can be, while creating a fun and positive environment for your child!

Parent-Tot Gymnastics (18 months–3 years) (Co-Ed)

Parents work with their children on basic motor skills and gymnastics fundamentals in our preschool area under the guidance and instruction of our trained coaches. Class format includes a warm-up, circuits, trampoline, equipment instruction, and supervised play. The coach coordinates with the parents to help accomplish gymnastics goals for their child. Preschool Gymnastics (3 years) (Co-Ed)

At age 3, a child is usually ready to participate in a gymnastics class without a parent’s constant interaction. Students will enter our preschool gymnastics classes to join a more-structured format. Trained coaches work with students to develop coordination, balance, and confidence at an early age. We use circuits to teach basic gymnastics skills and positions while emphasizing the importance of safety and proper form. Register for Classes!

Girls Novice 1 (4–5 years)

Trained coaches work with students on specific strengths, drills, and basic gymnastics skills while focusing on proper form. In this class we utilize all 4 of the women’s gymnastics events, Vault, Bars, Beam and Floor. The goal for this class is for students to work on mind and body repetition to create positive gymnastics habits that will help them succeed in their gymnastics goals. Register for Classes!

Boys Novice 1 (4–5 years)

In this class our goal is to teach young boys the proper form and strength needed to succeed on the men’s gymnastics events; Floor, Pommel Horse, Rings, Vault, Parallel Bars, and Horizontal Bars. Our trained coaches focus on teaching students how to be mentally and physically strong by creating a fun and encouraging class atmosphere. What Your Child’s First Class Looks Like

Every class starts with a warm-up, then moves through circuits on our preschool-sized equipment, trampoline time and skill instruction, and ends with supervised play. In Parent-Tot, you’re right there on the floor with your little one while our coach guides you both. From age 3, kids take class on their own, which is a big confidence boost! Arrive a few minutes early for your first class so we can check you in, and dress your child in comfortable clothes they can move in.
