The Illusions Girls Gymnastics Team is designed for athletes who are ready to take their training to a competitive level. This program focuses on advanced skill development across vault, bars, beam, and floor while emphasizing strength, flexibility, precision, and consistency. Athletes train in a structured environment with experienced coaches who guide them through progressive routines and competition preparation. Team members build discipline, confidence, and a strong work ethic while representing USA Youth Fitness Center in competitive gymnastics events.
The Flairs Boys Gymnastics Team is built for athletes committed to advancing their skills in a competitive setting. Training focuses on strength, control, and technique across all men’s events, including rings, pommel horse, parallel bars, high bar, vault, and floor. Athletes follow structured progressions designed to prepare them for competition while developing discipline, focus, and athletic performance. This program challenges athletes to reach higher levels of skill and compete with confidence.
The USA Dance Company is a competitive dance program for athletes looking to refine their performance and technique at a higher level. Dancers train in choreography, flexibility, strength, and musicality while preparing for performances and competitions. This program emphasizes precision, expression, and teamwork, helping athletes grow as both performers and competitors in a structured and supportive environment.
The USA STARZ Cheer program teaches athletes the core skills needed for cheerleading through multiple programs designed for all levels of athletes.
Cheer Rec: Weekly classing that teach the basics of cheer to junior and senior age athletes. Training includes stunts, jumps and tumbling skills.
Cheer Rec Performance Teams: Six-week program teaching athletes a routine to perform for family and friends.
Competitive Non-Travel Teams: Level 1 and 2 teams for athletes that want to compete locally with limited practice.
Competitive Travel Teams: Teams ranging from tiny level one teams to International Worlds teams.
Tumbling: Classes for all skill levels are available in both locations.
