Cheerleading is one of the fastest growing sports among youth today. Not only is it a great way to keep kids active, but it also promotes teamwork and develops confidence and interpersonal skills, as well as encourages a healthy lifestyle. Jumping, dancing and tumbling teach coordination and provide cardiovascular exercise while stunting and other acrobatic moves enhance strength and flexibility. Kids learn to work together in cheer, which helps them to trust others, assert themselves and break out of their shells!
We have cheer classes and teams for all ages and skill levels!
For more information on our competitive All-Star cheer teams and 2024-2025 team tryouts, see our USA Starz page.

Our recreational cheer program consists of introductory classes that focus on the basics of cheerleading. In Cheer Rec, your child will work on skills specifically geared for cheerleading including tumbling, motions, jumps, stunting, technique, flexibility and how to work together as a part of a team. Cheer Rec is a great stepping stone into our USA Starz All-Star Cheerleading teams! These classes have the opportunity to perform at our Starz Showcase in the fall as well as other gym special events throughout the year.
If your child would love to be on a competitive all star cheer team but you just can’t make the time and financial commitment right now, consider our All Star Prep teams! All star prep offers the same type of ideals as our Starz competitive teams but at a more cost effective manner. Prep competes 3-4 times a season, in state. Our routines are 2 minutes vs 2.5 minutes. The same USASF general rules and guidelines are followed. This program is a great feeder program to our Starz program and also allows athletes to have more free time!
The goal of our girls gymnastics program is to teach gymnastics skills in a fun and safe environment. Along with strength and flexibility training, students will work on skills on the four Olympic events: vault, uneven parallel bars, balance beam and floor exercise. We also incorporate trampoline exercise and basic dance skills to enhance the technique of these tricks.
