USA’s premier tumbling program is here to teach kids how to tumble safely and with proper technique! USA Tumbling classes teach kids the basics all the way through advanced tumbling. We believe that through reinforcing safe habits, teaching valuable strength training and our hands on spotting techniques, we can maximize any child’s potential and prepare them for other sports such as Cheer, Gymnastics, T&T, Dance, Martial Arts and more. Young Tumblers

(Ages 5-9)

In this class we teach the most basic tumbling skills all the way up to the higher level skills based on each student’s skill level.

Beginning Tumbling

This class is designed for kids that want to learn the most basic tumbling skills like cartwheels, round-offs, standing back handsprings, and more. We teach kids how to connect their tumbling passes and get them stronger so they can move up to the next level.

Intermediate Tumbling

This class is designed for kids that have their round-off, back handspring by themselves or with a light spot from a coach.  In this class we teach kids to perfect their round off, back handspring. We also help them get to the next level by teaching them their back tuck.

Advanced Tumbling

This class is developed for kids that have a round-off, back handspring, back tuck up to a layout or full twist. In this class we teach kids how to perfect their tumbling and challenge them to learn more advanced skills.

School Team Tumbling

Where will your school cheer team be learning new tumbling skills this year? We offer team cheer classes to Middle School, Junior High and High School Teams all year long!  Our facility and coaches can help your school cheer team achieve advanced tumbling skills beyond your expectations! Our in ground tumbling track, rod floor, trampolines and spring floors can help your teams athletes master the progression of their tumbling skills.

Girls Gymnastics

The goal of our girls gymnastics program is to teach gymnastics skills in a fun and safe environment. Along with strength and flexibility training, students will work on skills on the four Olympic events: vault, uneven parallel bars, balance beam and floor exercise. We also incorporate trampoline exercise and basic dance skills to enhance the technique of these tricks.

Cheerleading is one of the fastest growing sports among youth today. Not only is it a great way to keep kids active, but it also promotes teamwork and develops confidence and interpersonal skills, as well as encourages a healthy lifestyle. Jumping, dancing and tumbling teach coordination and provide cardiovascular exercise while stunting and other acrobatic moves enhance strength and flexibility!

USA Dance is a comprehensive dance program that welcomes dancers of all ages and skill levels! Our recreational program offers an introduction to foundational dance skills in core dance classes such as Ballet, Jazz, Tap and Hip Hop. Classes are also offered for styles such as Modern, Lyrical, Musical Theatre, Ballroom, Improv and Broadway. Dancers learn fundamental movement and dance concepts through fun choreography!
